ACCOMMODATION

The Oasis Luxury Guesthouse offers visitors 11 luxurious rooms in which to relax and unwind. Custom designed, plush topped mattresses, king-size pillows (and/or goose down option), 300 thread count 100 % Percale cotton, triple-sheeting and elegant bed throws are used to create the optimal sleep experience. The air conditioned rooms also feature MNET/DSTV, a hospitality tray, bar fridge with refreshments, hairdryer, safe for valuables, dressing gowns, complimentary slippers. Each room is tastefully decorated with original oil paintings and Persian carpets.

OUR GENERAL TERMS:

* 50% deposit payable to secure booking
* Balance payable on arrival
* Check in: After 12h00 (or earlier by prior arrangement)
* Check out: 10h00
* Rates include a full Continental or English breakfast
* Children are charged as adults

*** OUR CANCELLATION TERMS ARE:

* Cancellations less than 48 hours before check in will result in forfeiting 100% of the deposit
* Cancellations 3 to 14 days prior will result in forfeiting 75% of the deposit
* Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior will result in forfeiting 50% of the deposit
* Cancellations more than 21 days in advance will result in a full refund of the deposit
* In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged

* Children are charged as adults
* Our swimming pool is unprotected
* Therefore, we discourage children who are not swimming proof
